How to Make an Omelette?

- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 3 to 4 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 2 tbsp chopped basil, parsley, or herb of your choice

Beat the eggs with a fork in a large bowl.
Melt the butter in an 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
Add the eggs to the skillet and cook them without stirring. WThen use a silicone sbut still a little soft in the center, about 6 minutes.
Place the tomatoes, cheese and herbs in a line down the center of the omelette. Cook them for about 1 minute longer, or until the eggs are mostly set.
Slide the spatula around one side of the omelette . Slip it under the eggs, and carefully fold the omelette in half.
